Kingspan Century is looking for a Machine Operator to join our Production team in Ballyclare. What you'll do: As Machine Operator, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure the machine is in good working order before use. Ensure all emergency stops and safety mechanisms are working correctly and that all safety guarding is in place. Ensure the machine is manufacturing product within the specified tolerance by carrying out a tolerance check every morning Train Operatives on the use of the machine. Conduct weekly preventative maintenance checks on the machine. Maintain a clean working environment. Ensure that you and the operatives are wearing the correct PPE at all times and adhere to health and safety procedures. You will have: Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment. Experience in the operation of CNC machinery. Ability to carry out maintenance checks Ability to read manufacturing drawings Experience of working shifts.
